Online payments are secured and processed by Stripe (stripe.com). DolcePick connects buyers and bakers: each order is prepared and delivered by the baker, who remains responsible for their products.

All website content (texts, logos, visuals, product photos) is the property of DolcePick or its bakers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Collected data (email address, orders, profile) is used to operate the service: account, booking, payment, waitlist, reviews, and loyalty points. It is never sold.

Sub-processors: Convex (data and photo hosting, United States), Cloudflare (website hosting and anti-bot, United States), Stripe (payments and payouts to bakers, United States / EU), and Resend (transactional emails, United States). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by standard contractual clauses.
